This year, we're launching a new addition to our collection. We'll be making 25-gram skeins of Utrechtse Heuvelrug and Hondspol 400 yarn (yarn group A), which will then be dyed in a wide variety of colors. We call them Skapjes (old Dutch for sheep) and they're designed for small projects, or offer the opportunity to knit with multiple colors or use them for Fair Isle projects. Or simply let your imagination run wild and play with the colors.

Schaapjeswol is our own brand. We collect the wool ourselves and have it spun. This keeps the lines short and allows us to know exactly where the wool comes from and where it has been before it ends up in our shop. All Schaapjeswol is hand-dyed, sometimes with plants, but also with environmentally friendly dyes.
